Another hurts. You help.
Another struggles. You support.
Another wants. You give.
Suddenly, you become the one who helps, supports and gives. You master this ability to care for others so well that you become The One Who Cares for Others.
But you hurt, struggle and want, too. When is it your turn?
We can turn our experience of sacrifice into our insight about priorities. Sometimes, another becomes our priority. Other times, we can confidently protect our top spot on the priority list. Others can wait, even for a few moments.
If we don’t let others wait, even for a few moments, we’ll never achieve what we deserve to receive. While they wait, they can learn, read, pray, watch and listen. While they wait, we can pursue, create, develop, executive and receive.
It’s our turn.
How do you protect your turn to receive?
